Once you finish reading this report you will learn three of the most common symptoms of ADD and then you will be able to diagnose yourself on whether or not you have it.

1-Being very jittery while seated

If you know someone who you think may have ADD, it is important you observe them while they are seated. If you think you are the one who may have ADD, it is important you have someone observe you while you are seated. Typically, a person with ADD will not be able to sit still and you will often notice them playing with their hands and feet constantly. The person will also have trouble staying seated for a long period of time and will need to get up.

2-They may have some difficulty in school

Obviously, every parent is deeply concerned about their children’s grade point average. If you have a child who has ADD and also has straight A’s then you gave birth to a genius. People with ADD typically have a hard time during school because their learning style is totally different than the typical school system learning style. A person with ADD is almost always a kinesthetic learner, this means they need to be moving while studying. When your child is studying, have them ride a stationary bike while going through their flash cards.

3-Having trouble following directions

Does your child often have trouble following directions? I am not talking about the typical disobedience in a child either. I am talking about if your child makes an honest attempt to do what you told him to do but doesn’t do it right. This is very common with people who have ADD because they need to actually see what they are suppose to do, they can’t just listen to it.

Have you been searching for some of the most common symptoms of ADD? If you are then it is a good thing you are reading this today. Once you are finished reading this article you will learn exactly what you need to do in order to learn whether or not you have ADD. However, before you get started reading, I want you to understand one thing. These are just to most popular symptoms, keep in mind there are many more.

1-A student who has trouble in school

The most popular symptom of ADD is a student who is struggling in school. The reason you should look at this first is because ADD usually develops when the child is entering middle school. If he or she is typically an A+ student and the grades suddenly drop down to a C- then there may be a problem. The student will begin to notice they are having trouble concentrating on what the teacher is saying and if there is any background noise, they will typically not be able to concentrate of the teacher.

2-Not being able to complete a task in full

Next time someone you suspect may have ADD starts some kind of project, watch them and analyze whether or not they finish it before they move on to the next. You will notice they start one task, then switch to another without actually completing the one they started. This is a great indicator of ADD because people with ADD have a huge imagination and get very excited when they think of a new project. Once they get the idea of a new project in their mind they want to get to it right away. Most people view this as a bad thing, but it can actually be good. The reason it can be good is because a big imagination can lead to a person being an entrepreneur.

3-The person will always answer the question before the question is finished being asked

Have you noticed that when you talk to someone with ADD, they are always quick the respond, especially when it comes to answering a question? This is because a person with ADD has a very exited brain and get’s excited over the little things (another reason they become entrepreneurs).
